Adrian Women's Soccer ties Dubuque 0-0 in Second Game of Chelsea Lloyd Memorial Tournament

Aurora, Ill. – The Adrian College women's soccer team tied in Dubuque in double overtime today in their second game in the Chelsea Lloyd Memorial Tournament in Chicago 0-0. Senior goal keeper Lexi Lewandowski finished with four save in her third straight shutout of the season.

The Bulldogs dominated play and had multiple scoring chances in the match totaling 13 shots, however they were unable to finish. Junior Sofia Farah led the team with two shots on goal in the tie.

Adrian finishes the tournament with a record of 1-0-1 putting their regular season record at 1-0-2. The Bulldogs will stay in Chicago through Labor Day where they will face Illinois Tech on Monday September 7, kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m.
