Alma took a 3-2 lead at 65:38 as Handyside's second goal of the game was assisted by Becky Marton. In less than a minute, the Bulldogs answered as Anika Johnson scored her long awaited first goal of the season at 66:30 with an assist from Jordan Wolf.
It looked like the match might end up in overtime, but Autumn Root sent the Scot fans home happy at 85:44 with an assist from Annette Stromberg. Monica Witt made three saves for Alma in net.
