Cross Country Continues to Improve at Inter-Regional Rumble

OBERLIN, Ohio – The Adrian College men's and women's cross country teams ran the Inter-Regional Rumble on the campus of Oberlin College on Saturday, Oct.13. The men came in 15th place, while the all-freshmen women's team finished in 24th. The Bulldogs had 12 personal records in the race, including every woman that ran setting a new PR. The teams also had their best average times so far, with the men's average coming in at 27:28 and the women's at 25:50.

TOP MEN FINISHERS

• Freshman Robert Diebold lead the Bulldogs, finishing 19th overall with a time of 26:14.4.

• Senior Clayton Lange came in 34th with a time of 26:32.7.

• Sophomore Will Martin ran a time of 28:04.8 for a 122nd place finish.

TOP WOMEN FINISHERS

Amy Adams finished in 75th place overall with a time of 24:03.2.

• Corrisa Hamilton ran a 24:56.4 for 118th place.

• Sydney Feekings came in 162nd place with a race time of 25:40.7

Adrian will next compete at the MIAA Cross Country Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich. at Eastern Hills Golf Club on Sat. Oct. 27.
