Bulldogs Move up to Third in NCAA Region Rankings
INDIANAPOLIS – The most recent NCAA Division III Regional Softball rankings were release by the NCAA today (April 27) as the 22nd ranked Adrian College moved up to third this week despite dropping three games last week.
Leading the way is MIAA opponent, and eighth ranked, Alma College with a 19-1 in region record followed by 18th ranked and SCAC champion DePauw University. Ohio Northern out of the OAC was fourth followed by NCAC member Denison University. John Carroll of the OAC, Trine of the MIAA and Baldwin-Wallace also of the OAC rounded out the top eight. Adrian will host the Central Region Tournament beginning either May 12 or 13.
