Women's Golf Finish 7th at Bedford Valley

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - The Adrian College women's golf team finished seventh at the MIAA Golf Championships held at Bedford Valley in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Adrian earned seventh place with a team score of 396. Kelly Behen led AC individually with a 16th place finish. Behen shot a 45 on the front, and came back with a 46 on the back nine to end the day with a 91.

Dana Funkenhauser and Leanna Stockard tied for 33rd overall with scores of 99. Funkenhauser shot a 48 on the front and a 51 on the back, while Stockard took a score of 50 on the front nine, and improved by a stroke on the back.

Kelly Drlicka and Alexis Horstman were also in action for Adrian. Drlicka shot a 107 (50-57), and Horstman finished with a 113 (53-60).
