Hailey Scott, Brooke Symons Lead Women's Golf at Steven Tyler Invitational

PORTAGE, Mich.--Junior Brooke Symons and sophomore Hailey Scott shot identical 85 scores and were both in third place to pace the Adrian College women's golf team at the Steven Tyler Intercollegiate Invitational hosted by Kalamazoo College on Monday at the Moors Golf Club. The Bulldogs shot a 383 as a team for fourth place at the five-school event. 

Freshmen Alexis WestonLauren Yankee and Audrey Jutis completed the Adrian lineup with a 104 (T-20th), 109 (23rd) and 113 (24th), respectively. 

Darby Scott of the third-place Hornets (372) was the tournament medalist with an 82. In the team standings, Albion College claimed first with a 356.

The Bulldogs return to action this weekend at the Wooster Spring Invitational at the Mohican Hills Golf Club in Jeromesville, Ohio. Saturday's first round begins at noon, followed by the final 18 holes at 9 a.m. Sunday.
