Women's Golf Begins Spring Campaign at Pfeiffer University Invitational

HARDEEVILLE, S.C.--The Adrian College women's golf team started its spring season Monday at the Pfeiffer University Invitational, where the Bulldogs recorded a 368 for eighth place out of 10 teams. The tournament's final 18 holes will be held tomorrow here at the 5,800-yard course on The Club at Hilton Head Lakes, beginning at 9 a.m.

Junior Brooke Symons leads Adrian with a 78, which is good for tied-third overall out of 57 competitors. Also competing for the Bulldogs are sophomore Hailey Scott (94, 37th), freshman Lauren Yankee (96, T-39th), sophomore Hannah McKee (100, T-47th), and freshmen Audrey Jutis (102, T-49th), Alexis Weston (104, T-52nd).

Rhodes leads the team standings with a 313 and teammates Melissa Kiker (76), Tabitha Diehl (77) and Emily Salamy (78) rank 1-2-3 on the individual leaderboard.
