Brooke Symons Leads Women's Golf on First Day of the Kyle Campbell Invitational

MARSHALL Mich.--The Adrian College women's golf team sits in 11th place after Friday's first round at the Olivet College Kyle Campbell Invitational held at the Medalist Golf Club. The Bulldogs' team score is 377, and will look to improve on that figure tomorrow when the final 18 holes are scheduled for 8:30 a.m.

Adrian is led by all-conference junior Brooke Symons who is tied for 12th overall with an 82, a season low. She is followed by freshman Alexis Weston (97, T-56th), sophomore Hailey Scott (98, 60th), senior Libby Dusenbery (100, T-63rd) and freshman Audrey Jutis (107, 72nd). 

NCAA Division III foe DePauw University (311) tops the 14-team standings by leading NAIA-scholarship Bethel-Ind. (316). After 18 holes, Larisa Luloff of the tournament-leading Tigers is first among 78 competitors with a 74.
