Dance Team Win Big at Camp

The Adrian College Dance Team recently attended NDA (National Dance Alliance) Collegiate Camp in Louisville, Kentucky July 31-Aug 2.  Since Adrian was the only Division III school in attendance, they had to compete in the Division II Category which included the nationally ranked Grand Valley Dance Team.  Even though they did not place, they received a very high honor as two members of the team were recognized as All-Americans. The All-Americans are picked from all teams in attendance, including the Division I and Division IA schools.  Congratulations to Co-Captains and seniors, Paige Groomes and Elizabeth Watts on earning All-American honors! The Dance Team also qualified to attend the NDA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL in April 2011 and is hoping to attend.
