Bowl for the Kids a Big Success

ADRIAN, Mich. - The women's bowling team participated in the Boys & Girls Club Bowl for the Kids on March 19. The team of five raised $395 for the club. Jessica Stamper, Shannon McKowen, Emily Gesell, Chelsea Essenmacher and head coach Jody Fetterhoff all bowled for Adrian College. The event was a 9-pin, no tap tournament, which means if you knock down nine pins on your first ball it counts as a strike. Chelsea Essenmacher shot the highest two-game total for the squad with a 273 and a 300 game for a 573 series. Only two frames in her 300 game weren't real strikes. The team had a lot of fun and look forward to participating next year.
