= The Hastings bench had a 32-16 scoring advantage.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= For the second straight day, Adrian faced a first-time opponent in Hastings (Neb.) College, which is affiliated with the NAIA-scholarship Great Plains Athletic Conference. On Wednesday, the Broncos defeated another NCAA Division III foe in SUNY Institute of Technology 88-59, while the Bulldogs lost a 62-59 heartbreaker to Concordia-Wisconsin.

= Two of Adrian's six losses this season have come to nationally-ranked opponents (Hope in NCAA III, Hastings in NAIA II), two scholarship programs (Hastings and Siena Heights) and the combined won-lost record of its foes is 50-17 which translates to a .746 winning percentage.

= The Bulldogs have their first three-game losing streak of the season.

= The team's 43 points is the fewest offensive output since Dec. 28, 2015, against NCAA III national power Amherst (67-43) at the Land of Magic Classic in Daytona Beach, Fla.

UP NEXT
= Adrian will take a Christmas break and return to the court of competition on Saturday, Dec. 30, for a non-conference contest at Defiance College. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
