Adrian Soccer Hosting Join(Red) Night This Wednesday

The Men's and Women's Soccer teams would like to welcome you to the first ever Join(RED) Night at Adrian College.  Join(RED) is a global effort to help eliminate AIDS in Africa, and is supported by companies such as Apple, Dell, Nike, Gap, Starbucks, and American Express.  Information about the campaign can be found at www.JoinRED.com

Nike has taken Join(RED) to new heights through the game of soccer, introducing the popular “Lace Up, Save Lives” program.  Profits from the sale of every pair of red shoelaces that Nike sells go directly to the fight against AIDS, by providing medication and training, and through youth education programs.  Adrian College Soccer has partnered with Nike by outfitting both teams with (RED) laces throughout the 2010 season, and on October 20th both teams will be wearing specially designed (RED) Nike game jerseys… that’s where you come in.

With a minimum donation of $30, you can sponsor a player or coach… and as a thank you, you will receive that person’s special edition (RED) game worn Nike jersey.  Sponsors will also have the ability to share a message in the night’s printed match program.
