Eric Miller Named MCHA Player of the Week
MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Senior forward Eric Miller (Erlanger, Ky.) has been named MCHA Player of the Week for the first time this season and the fourth time in his career it was announced by the conference office today (Jan. 31). Miller had a huge weekend against Finlandia at home with two goals on Friday and his sixth career hat trick on Saturday as the Bulldogs swept the Lions by the scores of 6-1 and 9-2. Miller recorded 13 shots on goal in the two games and a +3 rating with one power play goal and one game-winning goal.
Miller has now played in 65 MCHA regular season games and recorded 57 goals and 68 assists for a total of 125 points. He sits in third place on the all-time MCHA career list in points. He also ranks second in goals and sixth in assists. Miller has played in 96 career games overall and has 82 goals and 101 assists for a total of 183 points. He has a +115 rating and has scored 28 power play goals and seven short-handed goals in his career.
