Jared Edwards Named MIAA Offensive Player of the Week For Second Time This Season

ROYAL OAK, Mich. - Junior running back Jared Edwards, a native of Bellbrook, Ohio, rushed for 248 yards on 33 carries and scored two touchdowns in leading the Bulldogs to a 33-7 victory over Hope. He scored on runs of 8 and 79 yards in going over the 200-yard rushing mark for the third time this season, and added 38 yards on four punt returns and completed an option pass for a 51-yard gain. Edwards is being honored as Player of the Week for the second time this season and third time in his career.
