Baseball Hosting Winter Workout Camp
ADRIAN, Mich. - The Adrian College baseball team will be conducting a Winter Workout Camp on February 5, 2011 at the Indoor Hitting Facility adjacent to Nicolay Field. The camp will include core conversion training, individual instruction in both pitching and hitting mechanics, multiple repetitions in various skill development drills and an opportunity to showcase your skills with the Adrian College Baseball staff.
The cost is $50 per session with pitchers going from noon to 2:00 PM followed by hitters from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. You can attend both sessions for $90.
