Runners Conclude Season at Great Lakes Regional

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The cross country teams finished their season on Saturday at the Great Lakes Regional Championship hosted by Rose-Hulman. The women finished 12th as a team with 369 points while the men finished 17th with 397 points.

Alicia Fowler was the top finisher among both teams in 42nd place in a time of 23:45.99. Logan Hamel placed 59th with a time of 24:15.44. Heather Strong was the third Bulldog to cross the finish line in 60th at 24:16.91. Rachel Smith was 105th in a time of 25:11.04. Victoria Alexander was the fifth Bulldog to finish in 108th with a time of 25:13.48.

Bob Palmer had the best finish among the men in 49th place with a time of 27:07.99. Teammate Tim Storm was one spot behind Palmer in a time of 27:08.96. Jay Yockey finished in 93rd place with a time of 27:45.66. Peter Konieczki finished 96th with a time of 27:49.02. Joe Hart rounded out the top five for Adrian in 109th with a time of 28:00.60.
