Synchro Places Sixth at 2009 Midwestern Collegiate Championship in Colorado

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - The Adrian College synchronized skating team traveled to Broomfield, Colorado on Saturday for their biggest competition of the season and placed sixth in the collegiate division. The Bulldogs scored a season-best 69.73 points finishing just four points behind the University of Michigan.
The panel of six judges from the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, California and Utah graded the team on 12 different elements performed during their routine. The executed elements scored 36.82 points and the program components score of 32.91 gave them their final total. The Bulldogs scored highest in the program components in interpretation with a 4.50 out of a possible 6.00.
