ACHAMD1 Second-Ranked Bulldogs’ Win Streak Reaches Double Digits with 8-0 win at Western Michigan

ADRIAN, Mich.--The Adrian College ACHA Division 1 men's hockey team continued its winning ways in a big fashion on Saturday night with an 8-0 victory over the Western Michigan University Stallions in Kalamazoo at Wings Stadium, sweeping the two-game series from the Stallions. The win was the Bulldogs tenth in a row to start the season.

Dominic Moore led the Bulldog attack scoring three times to record the hat trick, while Adrian picked up single goals from Dan Stone, Marcus Rose, Rainer Glimple, Joe Costello and Kyle Perkowski. The eight goal onslaught marks the sixth time in ten games that the Bulldogs have registered at least seven goals.

Adrian took command of the contest early with three first period goals by Moore, Stone and Rose. Adrian kept the pressure on in the second scoring four times with Perkowski's goal the only tally by either team in the final period.
